This sprint takes one clearly defined use case and builds it as a working Agentforce agent: configured, integrated with the actions it needs, given real instructions, and tested against realistic scenarios. At the end you get a demonstration you can show to the people who control the budget.
The scope is deliberately tight. One use case, built properly, is far more persuasive than three built halfway. This is a proof of concept, not a production deployment — see below for exactly what that means.

Common Questions
Can we put the POC straight into production?+
No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who says otherwise. A POC proves the use case works. Production needs guardrails, error handling, monitoring, governance and testing at scale. The sprint ends with a specific list of what that would take for your build — which becomes the scope for the Implementation Sprint.
What if the POC shows the use case does not work?+
That is a successful sprint. You have spent a small amount to avoid a large mistake, and you will know precisely why it failed — data, process, or the technology genuinely not fitting.
Why is the range ₹75,000 to ₹1.25L?+
Integration complexity. An agent working entirely within standard Salesforce objects sits at the lower end. One that has to reach external systems, handle unusual data, or navigate heavy custom configuration sits higher. Scope is agreed before work begins.
Whose sandbox does this get built in?+
Yours. The agent is built in your environment against your data model, because a POC built somewhere else proves very little about whether it works for you.
