Built by a developer, driven by systems.
CodeITronics is a founder-led studio that builds AI agents, automation, internal tools and small products: things that replace repeated work and keep running.
“If a problem repeats, it should become a system. If a system repeats, it should become a product.”
We don't sell hours or chase trends. We build structural improvements that compound over time.
You work with the founder
CodeITronics started from a simple observation: most software work is reactive. Avnish Yadav built it to be a systems partner that thinks about the why as much as the how. When you work with us, you work directly with the engineer who designs and builds your system.
- Designs the architecture
- Builds the core systems
- Tests tools in real workflows
- Documents what actually works
The background
Avnish started as a developer inside other people's systems: CRMs, integrations and the back-office tools that keep a business running. The same pattern kept showing up. Teams spent hours on work a well-built system could do, and the automation they had was brittle, undocumented and owned by nobody.
CodeITronics is the answer to that: a small studio that designs the system first, builds it properly, and hands it over so the team can own it. Salesforce Agentforce, n8n workflows, Python and Node services, and the infrastructure underneath them.
The tools we release, like DevHub, the AI PR Reviewer and the Inbox Agent, started as things we needed for our own work. If they help us, we tidy them up and publish them.

What we believe
A person approves what matters
Agents draft, sort and suggest. Anything that reaches a customer waits for a person, until it has earned more trust.
Boring is good
The best automation is the one nobody talks about because it just runs. We pick proven tools over new ones.
We'll say when not to build
Sometimes the right answer is a better process or an off-the-shelf tool. We'd rather tell you than bill you.
Something real every sprint
Every sprint ends with something you can use on real data, not a slide about it.
You own what we build
Code, workflows, documentation and accounts are yours. Nothing is locked to us.
Open by default
When a tool we build is useful beyond one project, we release it as open source.
Tools we've released
Built for our own work, used every day, and open source. Numbers are live from GitHub and npm.

Who we work best with
- Founders
- Overwhelmed by operations and needing systems, not more tools.
- Solo builders
- Scaling output through automation and leverage.
- Engineering teams
- Stuck in manual workflows and internal inefficiencies.
- Salesforce teams
- Working out where Agentforce and AI actually help.
Who we're not a fit for
- Flashy demos with no real system behind them
- A basic marketing website
- Teams unwilling to change a broken workflow
- One-off work with no reuse
How we work
- 1
Find the problem
We look at your workflows to find the repeated manual work that costs you time and money.
- 2
Design
A system plan focused on reliability, security and how it connects to your tools.
- 3
Build
Built on patterns proven in earlier systems, so you get reliability without starting from zero.
- 4
Stabilise
Testing, monitoring and a documented handover so your team can own it.
Working with us
Replies
Within one working day, from the engineer who would build it.
Anywhere
We work remotely with teams in India and abroad; prices are shown in rupees and dollars.
How we talk
A shared channel or email, a short weekly update, and a demo at the end of each sprint.
Questions about working together
Do you work with teams outside India?
Will you sign an NDA?
Who owns the code and the workflows?
Can you work with our existing developers?
Dealing with repeated work?
You don't need more people; you need a system. Let's talk about what to automate first.
