An AI agent that triages your inbox, drafts replies from how you answered before, sends action items to your task app, and never sends anything without your approval.
How it works
The agent reads new mail and does the first pass a good assistant would: it classifies each email (urgent, important, general, newsletter, promotional or spam), summarises it with the action items and deadlines pulled out, and drafts a reply for the ones that need an answer.
Drafts are written from your own history. The agent finds the past replies most similar to the new email and uses them for tone and for how you usually answer, and it shows you which ones it used. Nothing is sent until you approve it: you can edit the text, ask for a rewrite in plain words, or skip.
Action items go to your task app through a small n8n workflow (Google Tasks out of the box; Notion or Todoist with one node swapped). High-priority email follows up the next day, and a morning digest lists what to act on first.

The code is MIT-licensed. The demo runs a fictional operations inbox with recorded AI answers, so you can try every screen without a Google account or an API key. On your own mailbox it runs on your machine or server, with Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or DeepSeek.
