These terms cover codeitronics.com, the tools we publish, the projects we build for clients and the hosted products we run. We've kept them short and in plain English. By using the site or our products you agree to them.
Who we are
CodeITronics is an automation and systems engineering studio run by Avnish Yadav, registered in India as an MSME (Udyam). "We" and "us" in these terms means CodeITronics.
Using the website
You can read, share and link to anything on codeitronics.com. Please don't scrape it in bulk, try to break or overload it, or post anything unlawful, abusive or someone else's private data in comments, forum posts or forms. We may remove content or block access that breaks these rules.
Open-source and downloadable products
Open-source tools are covered by the licence in their repository (usually MIT), not by these terms. Paid downloads and templates are licensed to you for your own use and your clients' projects; you may not resell or redistribute them as they are. They are provided as is, and we fix reported bugs where we reasonably can.
Client projects
Each project has a written scope, price and timeline that we both agree before work starts; that agreement takes priority over these terms where they differ. We work to a fixed scope, not by the hour. Unless the agreement says otherwise, you own what we build for you once it's paid for, and we may reuse our general know-how, libraries and non-confidential patterns in other work. We keep your data and business details confidential.
Hosted products
Some products, such as the hosted Inbox Agent, run on our servers. They are copilots: they suggest, draft and organise, and they do not send, delete or post on your behalf without your approval. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider and renew until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. During a beta, features and limits can change, and we'll tell you before we change prices. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for what you choose to send.
Acceptable use
Don't use our products to send spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, get around usage limits, or probe our systems for weaknesses without our permission. We may suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site and hosted products running and show their status at /status, but we can't promise they will never be interrupted. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and for paid plans we'll email you about material changes before they take effect.
Liability
Our products are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. We'd always rather sort a problem out by email first.
