The problem
Content takes hours of writing before anyone can judge whether it's good, and every platform wants its own format. Most teams end up posting less, or posting the same text everywhere.
The solution
A system that writes the first draft of everything in your voice, adapts it per platform, checks it, and queues it. People spend their time deciding and editing instead of starting from a blank page.

Built for
- — Founder-led B2B companies that post on LinkedIn
- — Small marketing teams covering several channels
- — Teams with a weekly newsletter and a blog
How it works
The system writes the first draft of everything and leaves the decisions to people. A topic becomes a blog post with an outline, SEO fields and a cover image, written in your brand's voice. That post becomes native posts for LinkedIn, X, Threads, Instagram, Facebook and Reddit, each checked for length, hook and call to action. The queue publishes on schedule, the LinkedIn company page posts by API, and every week the newsletter digest drafts itself from what went out.
For teams that plan by calendar, an n8n workflow takes one row of a content plan and produces ten platform drafts: blog, LinkedIn post and article, X thread, Instagram and Facebook post, carousel, short-video script, YouTube long-form, Pinterest and Reddit. Each draft is validated and scored for publish-readiness, weak ones are rewritten, and the editor gets one brief in Notion and email.
A person at every gate
Nothing publishes or sends until someone schedules it. Drafts arrive scored and checked, so review takes minutes instead of writing taking hours.
What we use it for
We run our own content on it: 75 LinkedIn posts written and scheduled for the CodeITronics page, and a 30-part AI Systems series written and scheduled on the blog. The scheduler checks for due posts four times a day.
Want it for your brand?
We set it up around your voice, channels and approval process, on your accounts. Both n8n workflows are open source if you'd rather start there.
