Overview

Getting an agent to work is the straightforward part. Getting it to work reliably, safely, and in a way your team can maintain after the consultant leaves is the actual job.

This sprint takes a validated use case to production: architecture, configuration, integrations, instruction design, guardrails, testing, deployment support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to your team.

The emphasis is on what happens after go-live. An agent nobody understands and nobody can safely change is a liability, not an asset — so documentation and handover are part of the work, not an afterthought.

Scope is agreed up front and priced accordingly. The range moves on integration count and complexity, not on day rate.

What's Included

Finalized use case and scope

Written scope with explicit boundaries, so both sides know what is in and what is not.

Production architecture

Designed for the load, the data volumes and the failure modes you will actually encounter.

Agentforce setup

Full configuration in your org, built to be readable and changeable by your team later.

Actions and integrations

Production integrations with proper error handling, retries and sensible failure behaviour.

Prompts and instructions

Instruction design tuned against real cases, with the reasoning documented so it can be safely changed.

Guardrails

Explicit boundaries on what the agent can do, what it must escalate, and how it behaves when it is unsure.

Testing

Functional, edge-case and failure-mode testing before anything reaches live users.

Deployment support

Support through release, including the first period after go-live when real usage surfaces real problems.

Documentation

Architecture, configuration and operational runbook — written for your team, not as a compliance artefact.

Knowledge transfer

Working sessions so your admins and developers can own, extend and debug the agent independently.

Investment

Price

Starting from ₹1,25,000 depending on integrations and scope

Timeline

Scoped per engagement

What's Not Included

  • Salesforce licences or Agentforce consumption costs
  • Additional use cases beyond the agreed scope
  • Ongoing managed service — that would be a separate arrangement

Common Questions

Why is there no fixed price?+

Because integration count and complexity dominate the effort, and they vary enormously between orgs. A fixed headline price would either be padded to cover the worst case or would quietly shrink the scope. Scope is agreed first, then priced.

Do we need to do the POC Sprint first?+

Not if the use case is already validated some other way. If it is not validated, the POC is the cheaper way to find out — going straight to production with an unproven use case is where budgets get burned.

What happens after go-live?+

Deployment support covers the initial period after release. Knowledge transfer is designed so your team can take it from there. Longer-term support can be arranged separately, but the goal is that you do not need it.

How do you handle guardrails and safety?+

Explicitly and in writing. What the agent may do, what it must hand to a human, how it behaves when confidence is low, and what is logged. These are agreed with you rather than assumed, because the right boundary is a business decision as much as a technical one.
