Salesforce AI & Agentforce Opportunity Audit
A short, focused engagement that tells you which Agentforce use case is actually worth building — and which ones are not.

Book a 15-minute callOverview
Most Agentforce projects fail before a single line of configuration is written. Not because the technology does not work, but because the wrong use case was chosen — one that demos well and then quietly dies because the data was not there, the process was not stable, or nobody actually owned the outcome.
This audit exists to prevent that. It is a short, low-risk engagement that looks at how your Salesforce org actually works today, identifies where an AI agent would genuinely remove work, and tells you honestly where it would not.
You get a shortlist, a single recommendation, and a realistic view of what implementing it would take. If the answer is "there is no good Agentforce use case here yet", you get that answer too — which is worth considerably more than discovering it three months into a build.
Delivered by Avnish Yadav, Salesforce architect, working directly with your team.
What's Included
60–90 minute stakeholder session
A working session with the people who own the process — not just IT. This is where most of the useful signal comes from.
Review of current Salesforce processes
How your org is actually used day to day: objects, automation, data quality, and where the manual effort really sits.
Shortlist of 3–5 AI/Agentforce opportunities
Concrete candidate use cases, each with the business case and the technical reality stated plainly.
A single recommended use case
One clear recommendation on where to start, with the reasoning — including why the others were ranked lower.
Basic solution architecture
How the recommended agent would be structured: topics, actions, data access, and the integration points it depends on.
Effort and risk assessment
What implementation realistically takes, and the specific things most likely to derail it in your org.
30/60/90-day implementation roadmap
A sequenced plan you can take to a budget conversation, not a generic maturity model.

Common Questions
What if the audit concludes there is no good use case?+
Then that is the deliverable, with the reasoning behind it. Finding out in three days is dramatically cheaper than finding out three months into an implementation. In practice there is usually something worth doing — it is often just not the use case people expected.
Do we need Data Cloud or a specific Agentforce SKU first?+
No. Part of the audit is establishing what your current licensing and data setup actually supports, and what would need to change. You do not need to have bought anything before we talk.
Who needs to be in the stakeholder session?+
Whoever owns the process you are trying to improve, plus someone who knows how the org is configured. Two to four people is usually right. More than six and it becomes a presentation rather than a working session.
Why not just use Salesforce's own consultants?+
Use them too — they are good. This is a short, independent read on whether the use case is sound before you commit to a larger programme. The audit is deliberately small enough that it does not need to compete with anyone.
