The Inbox Agent, run for you.

Our open-source Inbox Agent already sorts mail and drafts replies for the people who self-host it. We're building a hosted version: sign in with Gmail and it starts working, with nothing to install.

What the beta does

  • Sorts and labels

Every new email is filed as urgent, needs a reply, FYI or newsletter, with Gmail labels you can see and change.

  • Drafts, never sends

Replies wait as drafts for you to approve, edit or throw away. Nothing is sent, deleted or archived on its own.

  • You approve what matters

One queue shows what the agent suggests. You decide, and it learns your tone over time.

  • Every run logged

See what it read, what it decided and why, so you can trust it or turn it off.

Planned pricing

  • Planned

    Starter

    $19 a month

One Gmail inbox, triage and labels, drafts for approval, 30 days of history.

  • Planned

    Pro

    $49 a month

Higher monthly limits, follow-up reminders, longer history and priority email support.

Planned beta prices in US dollars. They may change before launch, and we'll tell waitlist members first.

Questions

What access does it need to my Gmail?
Permission to read your mail, add labels and create drafts. It never needs permission to send, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
Do you store my emails?
Only what's needed to show the run log and the approval queue, for the history period of your plan. Emails are not used to train AI models.
When does the beta start?
We're inviting a small group first and adding people from the waitlist in order. Join and you'll hear from us when your place is ready.
Can I run it myself instead?
Yes. The Inbox Agent is open source: you can run it on your own server for free, and try the live demo before you decide.

Prefer to host it yourself?

The agent is open source. Run it on your own server, or try the live demo first.
